The decision follows the Decree-Law, published on April 2, which creates special competitions for entry into higher education for students who have completed secondary education through vocational pathways and specialized artistic courses without the need to take exams. national.

The Decree-Law provides that students take tests at the higher education institutions to which they are applying, with a view to assessing whether they have the knowledge and skills considered essential for entry and progression in the study cycle for which they are applying.
