The Library/Multimedia Resource Center of the Instituto Superior de Ciências Educativas - ISCE's mission is to support and encourage the development of research and knowledge in different domains, providing its users with broad access to information resources.

The ISCE Library provides its users with the Question-Response Service, which consists of personalized responses to information requests, via the following email address: Biblioteca@isce.pt

Any user may ask questions regarding the functioning and organization of the library, as well as make suggestions or complaints, with a view to optimizing the services provided by the library.

The user may also request information regarding the bibliographic collection available for consultation, requesting a search for works by author, title or thematic area.

We may also carry out an Internet search, if you wish to receive advice on which web page to consult, relating to a specific topic.

We will try to answer questions in the shortest possible period of time, within the library's normal opening hours, and are therefore conditioned by the existing volume of work.

ISCE also has a Digital Library available through the BlackBoard Platform,

School year:

Tuesday, 4th and 5th – from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Monday and Friday – from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday - 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Non-school period:

Monday to Friday – from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
