| PRESENTATION
The Senior Professional Family and Community Service technician has the skills to guide families in vulnerable situations, based on a culture of network work, promoting systemic intervention and prioritizing interpersonal relationships in empowering individuals in a family and community.
| MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Identify situations of vulnerability in family and community contexts;
- Guide families and communities in vulnerable situations through their situation/problem;
- Manage the situation to be intervened with the family and community;
- Develop intervention strategies focused on the family, its generational segments and the community;
- Intervene, with supervised autonomy, with families and the community, applying the ethical principles of the profession;
- Observe, analyze and interpret situations of vulnerability in family and community phenomena;
- Collaborate in activities resulting from projects or programs that aim to improve the quality of life of the families and communities involved;
- Manage interpersonal relationships in family and community spaces;
- Manage the potential and capabilities of individuals to improve their quality of life;
- Coordinate family and community support services;
- Cooperate with the social resource network and multidisciplinary teams.
