| PRESENTATION
The Professional Higher Technical Course in Hotel Management and Accommodation is based on solid technical training that aims to direct, coordinate and control the activities of the sections allocated to the hotel accommodation department, namely the concierge/reception, floors/rooms and laundry/linen.The graduate will be thus a qualified senior technical staff to carry out highly specialized and supervisory functions, ensuring the quality of service and maximizing the accommodation capacity of a hotel company.
| MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Supervise, coordinate and organize the three sections of the hotel accommodation department: front office, floors and laundry, ensuring the quality of services;
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of a control mechanism for the goods circuit, including rules for receiving, storing and requisitioning goods, as well as organization and service standards;
- Define cost prices, sales prices and determine and manage the financial results of the accommodation department;
- Define the commercial policy of the accommodation department, ensuring the quality of services and customer orientation;
- Contribute to the definition of an effective and productive human resources policy;
- Define a policy of communication and public presentations, written and oral, that also allows for effective negotiation with customers, suppliers, partners, managers and co-workers;
- Supervise, coordinate and organize the management of the customer and business portfolio.
