ISCE participa no projeto de investigação internacional “Sustainable and Smart Healthy Cities
Students and teachers from our Institute were in Belgium last week, working together between the 7 European institutions that are partners in the project.
Our Institute is one of the partners in the international research project “Sustainable and Smart Healthy Cities”, funded by the Erasmus Blended Intensive (BIP) program, an initiative led by University Vives UAS (Belgium) in partnership with European higher education institutions Murcia University (Spain), Ocellia UAS (France), University of West-Attica (Greece), Instituto Polytecnico de Coïmbra, ISCE – Instituto Superior de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo and Instituto Superior de Ciências Educativas do Douro (Portugal). Over the previous week, a group of 80 students and 15 teachers met on the Vives UAS campus for an intense week of work in Blankenberge, which was marked by a lot of exchange and brainstorming between all participants.
Under the motto “How to make our world healthier now and in the future!”, the program included the valuable participation of 3 students from our Institute, who, after attending several workshops, carrying out a lot of group work and witnessing countless community observation and analysis, presented the results of their experiences and team tasks at the closing session of the initiative, which proved to be very fruitful and lively.
This joint international research and exchange project continues into the next academic year!
